Protest for Justice at Elmore & 53rd Street
This demonstration will take place at the corner of Elmore Avenue and 53rd Street, where we will gather to demand justice for all victims of human trafficking, including those connected to the Jeffrey Epstein case. Our goal is to shine a light on the systems, institutions, and individuals who have enabled exploitation, abuse, and silence for far too long.
We chose this location not only because of the heavy traffic and visibility, but also because of the presence of a major megachurch in the area. Our message is directed at institutions that have remained silent in the face of injustice institutions that have benefited from comfort and privilege while failing to stand with survivors or confront the realities of exploitation. This protest calls attention to that complacency and challenges the culture of indifference that allows harm to continue.
We will remain in public space, standing on the sidewalk and along the bridge, holding signs and making our presence known to the community. Our action is peaceful, visible, and rooted in solidarity with survivors everywhere. The goal is to raise awareness, disrupt silence, and call for accountability from every institution religious, political, and economic that has ignored or minimized the suffering of trafficking victims.
Everyone committed to justice, truth, and survivor support is welcome to join us.
