EMERGENCY RELOCATION REPORT — CLASSIFICATION: PRIVATE / TIME-SENSITIVE

Subject: Contingency Relocation Plan — U.S. to Mexico Status: Standby

Rendezvous Address: Calz. del Federalismo Sur 2183, Col. Americana, 44200 Guadalajara, Jal., Mexico

Situation Summary: Recent developments indicate a serious erosion of democratic governance within the United States, consistent with the early stages of authoritarian consolidation. Intelligence and public reporting suggest that federal immigration enforcement (ICE) infrastructure is being repurposed beyond its stated mandate, and credible indicators point toward a broader relocation/detainment order being drafted. Given the trajectory of these events, this document establishes a fallback plan for emergency evacuation and safe rendezvous.

Assessment: The convergence of suspended civil protections, expanded enforcement powers, and unchecked executive authority suggests the United States is transitioning toward full autocratic governance. Under these conditions, remaining in-country past a certain threshold carries unacceptable risk.

Evacuation Route:

  • Depart via I-25 southbound

  • Continue to Deming, NM (interchange/exit point)

  • Cross the border at the nearest official crossing from Deming

  • Proceed south through the Chihuahuan Desert corridor

  • Continue to final rendezvous point in Guadalajara, Jalisco

Notes:

  • Route crosses significant desert terrain — water, fuel, and vehicle reliability are critical planning factors.

  • Rendezvous point should be treated as a fallback meeting location only, not a long-term safehouse.
